XC22xxL-Series
The XC222xL (VQFN-48) and XC223xL (QFP-64) microcontroller series is based on Infineon's popular and well-established C166 architecture. With a Flash size of up to 160 K and a 40MHz performance, the microcontroller is well suited for low cost body applications.
